What a great Chardonnay

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that were fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature to retain freshness and acidity. The wine is aged for three months in stainless steel before released from the winery.

The Chardonnay used for this wine comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Central Valley of Chile. This means the irrigation of the vines comes from the river which runs directly from the Andes range to the Pacific Ocean.

The grapes are harvest in March with a complete level of maturity in order to show all their aromatic potential.

The color of this wine is like crystalline straw with green tones. It shows an intense nose of pear and pineapple, with some herbaceous contributions and vanilla notes. Soft, with delicious freshness in mouth.

Alcohol: 13.5% Vol.

Conservation: The bottle should be stored in a dark room without vibrations and at a stable temperature of between 8° to 16ºC.

Pairing and Consumption: Pair with crab cakes, pasta carbonara, or fried chicken.

Valle del Maule – Maule Valley

The Maule Valley is located in the southernmost part of the long and fertile Chilean Central Valley and is the cradle of the ancient wine tradition that prides all Chileans.

In fact, the area has about 30 thousand hectares of vineyards, among which is a wide range of white varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, in addition to the historic red varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and a new generation of young wines made with strains of Carmenere, Pinot Noir and Syrah (Shiraz).

There is a Wine Route in this region. In this Wine Rout four large vineyards are open to visit for all tourists, and another eight are open to guided visits to go especially to taste their vines. These vineyards are located mainly to the east of Talca, in the foothills of the impressive Cordillera de los Andes

This region is considered the region with the longest wine tradition in Chile, concentrating 43% of the total cultivated areas in the country and the one with the greatest geographical diversity.
